National Service Manager, Ultrasound

At Boston Imaging, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Service Manager to lead our Ultrasound service line. This is a key leadership role that will drive world-class customer-centric service delivery and growth in our Digital Radiography (DR) and Ultrasound (US) Service lines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing service initiatives and strategies to improve purchased services control, customer satisfaction, service delivery, and driving service revenue. This will involve working closely with our DR/US sales team, Business Development Managers, Technical Service Operations leadership, and field engineers to coordinate and implement service contracts and support non-contract revenue growth.
The National Service Manager will also be responsible for managing employees and operations of the Field Service Employees (FSEs), Depot Employees, and Dealer network. This will include building strong relationships with customers, BDMs, and dealer network, creating and reinforcing customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations leadership, diagnostic imaging, and/or Ultrasound Services, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Develop and implement service initiatives and strategies to improve purchased services control, customer satisfaction, service delivery, and driving service revenue.

- Build strong relationships with customers, BDMs, and dealer network, creating and reinforcing customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for national service P&L and drive to achieve revenue and margin goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field of study required, MBA a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in an operations leadership role in diagnostic imaging and/or Ultrasound Services.
- Ability to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Service Business.
- Must demonstrate fluent English verbal and written communication skills and work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
