Job Summary

We're seeking a driven sales professional to join our team as a Jewelry Sales Professional. As a sales specialist, you'll build lifelong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and guidance through in-store and online purchases.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including designer brands and top-selling items
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, working collaboratively with the sales team
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
  • 6 months of sales or retail experience
  • Bi-lingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
