  • Serving as the area manager and Group Leader.

  • Managing and conducting Phase II ESAs.
  • Leading or participating in Property Condition Assessment (PCA) projects.

  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Possessing a thorough understanding of due diligence, Ohio brownfield redevelopment, and BUSTR processes.
