About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SETA - Engineer to join our team in Arlington, VA. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) by applying your technical skills and knowledge of engineering challenges inherent to research efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proactive attitude, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and procedures. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role, which involves working closely with Program Managers and other stakeholders to execute day-to-day requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with performers and stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of tasks and delivery of results.
  • Analyze programmatic, technical, and schedule risks, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to the Program Manager, utilizing clear and concise language to facilitate decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Science discipline.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance and eligibility for TS/SCI.
  • Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise briefings.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
