About the Role: As a Client Services Specialist at Canon Solutions America, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments.   • Respond promptly to management and client requests via email, phone calls, and text messages.
  • Provide excellent customer service and contribute to the development of the Site Procedure Guide.

Job Description:

Copy/Print Production/Copy Center

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the prompt and accurate reproduction of all print requests. This includes reviewing electronic files for print readiness, printing documents, punching, binding, assembling, sorting, laminating, and performing pre-delivery quality control checks.

You will also receive, log, deliver, and track all activity for reporting purposes, respond to customer requests, perform routine upkeep and basic maintenance of equipment, record and track customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests, and perform daily convenience care functions as needed.

About You: We are looking for an individual with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines. You should have good customer service and communication skills, be able to work with minimal supervision, and have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
