We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Education Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating educational activities for Department of Nursing staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of educational activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of educational programs
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to nursing staff
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nursing education
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a Master's Degree in Nursing or a nursing healthcare/education related degree
  • Minimum of three years of nursing practice experience
  • Experience in educational programming and teaching
  • Certification in nursing professional development is preferred
