Position Summary:
As a Ticket Checker, you will be pivotal in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your primary responsibilities will involve greeting guests by name and verifying their access as they arrive. You will contribute to a friendly and inviting atmosphere while maintaining the integrity of our services.
Position Specifications:
- Housing: May Be Available
- Expected Pay: $20.00 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-Time & Part-Time
- Flexible and consistent scheduling options are available, particularly during weekends and holidays when demand is highest.
- Skill Level: Entry Level
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service by offering assistance and information with a friendly demeanor.
- Validate tickets to ensure guests possess valid access before utilizing our lifts.
- Collaborate with other teams to manage lift lines safely and efficiently.
- Maintain and secure departmental equipment, including scanning devices and radios.
- Address issues promptly by escalating them to leadership as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Willingness to work 35+ hours/week for Full-Time or 15+ hours/week for Part-Time roles.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, standing and moving throughout the shift on potentially slippery or uneven surfaces.
- Commitment to safety standards and procedures, as safety is our top priority.
A Ticket Checker Resort Associate is a versatile employee who may work across multiple departments and roles to support the cohesive resort experience, which could include:
- Mountain Activities
- Retail Rental Operations
- Food and Beverage Support
The expected pay range is $20. This reflects the compensation we anticipate for this position, with individual decisions based on various factors.
