Project Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and detail-focused IT Project Delivery Manager to supervise and manage all facets of vendor interactions and deliverables. The selected candidate will guarantee smooth integration and adherence to contractual obligations while promoting ongoing enhancement and efficiency in vendor operations. This role necessitates collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to meet strategic goals and improve operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Objective Oversight: Direct vendor relationships to ensure alignment with business goals and commitments.
  • Process Development and Enhancement: Collaborate with vendors to establish effective processes for reporting governance and operational efficiencies.
  • Agile Methodology Guidance: Offer direction on agile practices such as Kanban and Scrum to enhance project delivery.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
  • Support for Development Teams: Assist in resolving obstacles to facilitate development team progress.
  • Deliverable Validation: Confirm acceptance of all deliverables prior to invoicing.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between delivery teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure clear communication and goal alignment.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure thorough documentation of processes and collaborate with vendors to create dashboards and reporting tools.
  • New Contract Support: Aid in the development and negotiation of new contracts and statements of work.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine processes for efficient management of new projects.
  • Integration Support: Assist in integrating applications into the company's IT infrastructure as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT project delivery management.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneNote).

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with Smartsheet.
  • Familiarity with Octane.
