Your Role

As an RBT at Lighthouse Autism Center, you will:

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans
  • Apply your creativity and advanced techniques in our play-based and naturalistic therapy environment
  • Guide children's progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions
  • Document and track each child's development, contributing to their customized therapy programs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Lift and carry objects weighing over 50 pounds
  • Sustain physical impact and maintain a high level of physical activity throughout the day
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (preferred)

We prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients and staff. You will undergo a background check and drug test at the time of hire. Salary: $20.00 per hour.
