  • Organize product backlogs based on prioritization provided by the product owner, ensuring that the most critical tasks are addressed first.
  • Provide business advisory services, analyzing complex business needs and facilitating dialogue to support the product owner.
  • Combine technical and business expertise to deliver high-quality IT services, enhancing and implementing technology solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Manage and deliver support requests, enhancements, and projects for assigned business units/products, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Skillset / Experience:

  • Minimum five years of experience as a business analyst with a strong understanding of multiple areas of business analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, with a focus on business analysis or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and models/methodologies.
  • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt approach to meet customer communication styles.
  • Strong facilitation and meeting management skills, with the ability to build relationships and respond to customers in a compassionate manner.
