About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Skyline Nursing Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Perform various nursing tasks and duties as assigned by the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, or Director of Nurses.
  • Make resident rounds to administer quality nursing care and ensure the well-being of our residents.
  • Verify resident identification before administering care or serving food to ensure accurate and personalized care.
  • Report missing ID bands to the admission coordinator immediately.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as making beds, cleaning bedside tables, and ensuring residents have access to fresh drinking water.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing exceptional care.
Requirements
  • Currently licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
