Responsibilities:

* Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being and report changes in behavior or physical ailments to professional staff.
* Respond to patient needs, taking into consideration developmental stage and psychiatric symptoms.
* Maintain a safe environment, complying with Northern Light Health policies and procedures.
* Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
