Job Summary

The Registered Nurse serves as a key member of our healthcare team, working closely with physicians and other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for our patients. This role requires a high level of clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
  • Current RN licensure in North Carolina or compact state required
  • One year critical care experience required; ACLS certification required
  • Ability to manage ventilators, titratable BP support medication, and knowledge of EKG rhythms required
