Salary: Up to $90,000 per year (based on experience)
Job Description:
This Medical-Surgical Nurse opportunity is available at our New Hanover Regional Medical Center location in Wilmington, NC. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse to join our dynamic team on the night shift. As a Medical-Surgical Nurse with Novant Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment where camaraderie thrives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing nursing assessments, developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and ensuring timely and efficient admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a current valid North Carolina nursing license, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing, and one year of acute nursing experience. Basic Life Support certification through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association is also required.
