We are seeking a skilled Clinical Technician 1 to join our Family Centered Care Unit team at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital. This full-time role involves working three 12-hour shifts per week on various nights from 7pm-7am, with schedules made 6 weeks in advance.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in delivering direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Provide basic activities of daily living nursing care, such as bathing and feeding, and measurement of vital signs and intake/output.
  • Demonstrate competency in all required clinical skills and technologies in accordance with Inova Health System policies and procedures.
  • Complete assigned patient duties within the established time frame.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic Life Support certification within 90 days of hire.
