Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide assistant project managers to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts with owners and general contractors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Scheduling and Budgeting: Develop and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular project updates and analysis to senior management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or construction management.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software, such as P6, and other relevant tools and technologies.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to project sites. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions is also required.
