We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loss Control Inspector to join our team at InsurSolv, LLC. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of commercial and residential properties to identify potential hazards and risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive inspections of properties to identify physical characteristics, exterior measurements, and general conditions.
- Document and report findings, including photographs and recommendations for mitigation.
- Work closely with our clients to determine eligibility requirements and provide expert insights to inform their decision-making.
- Be an energetic and analytical individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and concise reports.
- Be self-disciplined, organized, and able to manage a high volume of inspections with minimal supervision.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- VIITA Certification or previous experience in construction, plumbing, electrical, or property management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Google Chrome, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
