Lead Veterinary Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Veterinary Technician Supervisor to join our dynamic team at BluePearl Pet Hospital. As a leader in our veterinary care team, you will be responsible for mentoring and training lower-level staff, coaching team members to anticipate and address patient and client needs, and working with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills, and business knowledge.
  • Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs.
  • Work with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
  • Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
  • Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
  • Provide feedback and work to develop performance improvement plans.
