Revenue Acceleration Representative

We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving new business growth and revenue expansion. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, selling solutions to clients, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify leads, including inbound and outbound efforts
* Sell solutions to help clients build the business case for Resilience
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals
* Utilize a gold standard tech stack to optimize efficiency
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of enterprise sales lead development experience in healthcare, health tech, or talent/HCM software or services industries
* Proven track record of sourcing, developing, and delivering qualified leads
* Excellent communication and writing skills
* Time management abilities and a collaborative team player attitude
