Position Summary: The 4-H Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role within UGA Extension, overseeing the implementation and management of the 4-H program in Clay County. This position requires a high degree of autonomy and critical thinking to ensure effective program delivery and educational outreach. The coordinator will work under the guidance of the designated 4-H Agent and County Extension Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate educational programs for youth, ensuring engagement and learning in various settings.
- Guide participants in preparing for competitive events, fostering skills and teamwork.
- Coordinate transportation logistics for youth attending district and state events, providing leadership and support during these activities.
- Utilize feedback and evaluations to enhance future programming and educational techniques.
- Promote local programs and workshops to the community effectively.

- Manage office supplies and resources to support the 4-H program efficiently.

Volunteer Management:
- Identify, recruit, and train volunteers to assist in the planning and execution of 4-H programs.

Compliance and Reporting:
