Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

We are seeking a Senior Program Auditor to develop an audit training curricula and deliver the training to both new and experienced auditors, and oversee the audit operations team. The Senior Program Auditor, under the general direction of the Assistant Division Chief, Internal Audit and Consulting Projects, is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and delivering training to audit staff at all levels of OFAS, coaching and mentoring new audit staff and audit supervisors, representing OFAS at recruitment events, and overseeing the administrative operations for OFAS.

Working Conditions:

  • This position is designated as office-centered and works primarily onsite at the Sacramento, CA Headquarters at least three weekdays.
  • Some overnight travel may be required.

  • Describe your leadership experience in building and managing audit teams, including coaching, developing, and mentoring audit staff.
  • Describe your ability to collaborate and establish professional relationships across organizational groups and functions.

  • Describe your experience in overseeing administrative support functions, such as budgeting, contracting, and or recruiting.
