Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, strategy, management consulting, product management, or a technical discipline.
  • Extensive experience in project and program management, with at least 7 years in overseeing and supporting PMO functions.
  • Proficient in optimizing documentation and reporting processes, demonstrating the ability to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping and engineering, with the capability to analyze and refine existing processes.
  • Ability to effectively engage with complex stakeholders and management, fostering strong relationships for successful project outcomes.
  • Proven track record of navigating ambiguity, driving team performance, and delivering organized information.
  • Experience in adapting quickly to changing business needs while effectively communicating shifts in priorities to the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of risk and governance principles, with practical experience in developing AI risk registers and guides.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with AI-driven projects.
