Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement career learning programs tailored to youth needs
  • Maintain partnerships with educational institutions, employers, and community organizations
  • Collect and analyze data to inform program improvements and reporting
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and youth to ensure seamless program delivery

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working in education, social services, or related fields preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills essential

Compensation:

Salary: $14.00/hour (12 hours a week), reflective of industry standards and location factors
