About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Addiction Care Specialist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team at ReVida Recovery Centers LLC. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to patients and their loved ones, empowering them to overcome addiction and achieve lasting recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Intake and Assessment: Conduct thorough initial assessments, gathering vital information to inform treatment planning.
  • Treatment Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop tailored treatment plans, addressing unique needs and circumstances.
  • Individual and Group Counseling: Facilitate evidence-based therapies, fostering personal growth, and promoting relapse prevention strategies.
  • Case Management and Coordination: Ensure seamless communication and coordination among healthcare providers, community agencies, and other stakeholders, optimizing patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or related field (with licensure pending) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
  • Licensure: Current certification in CPR and First Aid; must be eligible for registration with the Board of Virginia for Certified Substance Abuse Counselor in Residency.

Remuneration and Benefits:
