About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Interventional Radiology Technologist to work in our busy radiology department. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting interventional radiologists with procedures, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist interventional radiologists with procedures, including biopsies, drains, and IVC filter placements
  • Prepare patients for exams, including positioning and draping
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including sterilizing equipment and disposing of biohazardous waste
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care
Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited training program in radiologic technology
  • Current certification as a radiologic technologist
  • Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
