We are currently seeking a qualified Trial Card Analyst to join our team in Bath, ME. Candidates must possess an Active Secret security clearance.

The Trial Card Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the PMS 400D Program, focusing on the Discrepancy Management Process. This includes responsibilities related to Database Management, Shipboard Trials Support, Laptop Configuration/Networking, Metrics, and Data Quality and Configuration checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a database administrator, providing trial card support through TSM and ETC trial card applications.
  • Establish standalone laptop networks onboard vessels for the Government Inspection Team, offering administrative and IT support for users and applications.
  • Facilitate large data transfers to and from the standalone network.
  • Analyze substantial data sets to create summary metrics packages and various reports.
  • Maintain detailed records of all processes and develop analytical tools in Excel/Access to enhance data analysis and evaluation.
  • Foster strong relationships with Navy personnel to ensure timely support for their requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance.
  • Willingness to participate in at-sea trial events, including climbing ladders and navigating steel decks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • At least one year of experience in the shipbuilding industry.
  • Experience in technical and production deficiency management, including familiarity with ETC and TSM.
  • Knowledge of integration testing and trials, including deficiency management and corrective action tracking.
  • Understanding of ship delivery processes and post-delivery work package development.
  • Experience with installations, setup, configuration, and maintenance of various hardware and software.
  • Expertise in network setup and configuration.
