Behavioral Therapist Opportunity

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to students in a school-based setting. This role involves implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing individualized behavior plans
  • Provide direct ABA therapy to students
  • Collect data on student progress and assist with assessments
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to support student development

Qualifications:

  • RBT certification required
  • Experience with autism and behavior intervention plans preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
