Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Professional - Support Social Worker

Circle Surrogacy is a leading fertility agency dedicated to helping individuals and couples build their families through surrogacy and egg donation. We are seeking a skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team as a Support Social Worker.

As a Support Social Worker, you will provide strength-based and solution-focused counseling to assigned surrogates throughout their journey with our agency. You will also create and implement opportunities for surrogates to engage in our Circle Surrogacy community, including managing the surrogate mentorship program and facilitating monthly gatherings around major and minor milestones in the journey.

You will collaborate and coordinate across our interdisciplinary teams and with our partners to facilitate a smooth experience for our clients. You will participate in quarterly case reviews for assigned surrogates and document important data related to their journey in our agency database.

We are looking for a team player with a Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution, successful completion of the ASWB Master level examination, and Master's level licensure in good standing. You should have experience in adoption/IVF/third-party reproduction and strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to read, write, and converse in Spanish is desired.
