Job Overview

ROLE OBJECTIVE:

  • Support the upkeep of all areas within the Recreation facility
  • Deliver exceptional and friendly service to guests

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide guests through the facility
  • Welcome guests and provide personalized service
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper stocking of all areas

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Uphold the quality and hygiene of the environment

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to think quickly and address guest needs
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and professional skills
  • Energetic, adaptable, and motivational personality

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

SAFETY PROTOCOLS:

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

  • Prior experience in hospitality is preferred
  • Experience in a resort, private club, or wellness environment is advantageous
  • CPR Certification is preferred
  • Knowledge of a second language is a plus

APPEARANCE STANDARDS:

All team members are expected to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance in accordance with uniform guidelines.
