Job Overview
Air Evac Lifeteam seeks an experienced Territory Sales Manager to generate sales of our emergency air transport services in the local community. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers to achieve sales and company goals.

Air Evac Lifeteam is part of Global Medical Response (GMR), the largest medical transportation company in the world. We deliver compassionate, quality medical care primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services in the United States. Our unique membership programs include emergent air, Fly-U-Home, and ground ambulance services.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for new business through cold calling, customer referrals, community involvement, collaborating with leadership on marketing programs, and participating in community networking events
- Complete the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery to needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up and management
- Build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers sufficient to achieve sales and company goals/targets
- Close smart business opportunities consistent with AMCN's objectives and practices

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 3 years previous B2C or B2B solutions field sales experience preferred
- Cold calling experience preferred
- Emergency medical transport industry knowledge preferred
- Background and substance screenings required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

Benefits
Air Evac Lifeteam offers competitive compensation, including an estimated annual salary range of $60,000 - $120,000 based on location and performance. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, vision, dental, 401k, disability, FSA, HSA, EAP, vacation, and paid time off.
