This role involves collaboration across various sectors within our expanding Real Estate division, providing an exceptional pathway for professional advancement and skill enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Contract Phase

- Develop and critically assess construction cost estimates and financial plans.
- Conduct project feasibility assessments supported by reliable benchmark cost data.
- Present financial estimates and plans to both the design team and clients.
- Lead discussions on value engineering, offering informed recommendations on potential cost-saving measures.
- Assist in formulating procurement strategies and compile procurement documentation.
- Engage actively in design team meetings.
- Prepare thorough tender evaluations and facilitate post-tender discussions to ensure bid alignment before contract finalization.
- Review and provide insights on contractual agreements.

Post-Contract Phase

- Analyze pricing from contractors and subcontractors.
- Negotiate on behalf of the client.
- Validate and evaluate payment applications and submissions from contractors and subcontractors.
- Assess changes post-contract.
- Ensure effective management of post-contract changes in accordance with established change management protocols.
- Provide proactive alerts to clients regarding potential cost risks.
- Prepare and review financial reports related to construction at both project and portfolio levels.
- Oversee the final account process, ensuring timely completion and agreement.
