About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beverage Specialist at Sweetwaters of Bridge Park. As a key member of our coffeehouse team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Expertly craft a variety of specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to our high standards.
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Greet and engage with guests, take orders accurately, and handle payments with a smile.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the bakery case, guest station, and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and meet our high standards of food safety and quality.
  • Support Team Efforts: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive and productive work environment, and contribute to the overall success of the coffeehouse.
Requirements
  • Passion for Quality and Service: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service and preparing high-quality beverages.
  • Positive Attitude and Teamwork: A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully to guest needs.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with a minimum of 12 hours per week.
