Showroom Ambassador

US Paverscape Inc, a leading manufacturer of custom concrete products, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Showroom Coordinator. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales teams, and maintaining a professional and organized showroom environment.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, welcoming and assisting them with their inquiries and needs.
• Support sales representatives with processing payments, paperwork, and other sales-related tasks.
• Manage the organization of the showroom, office, files, and forms, ensuring a clean and clutter-free environment.
• Assist with scheduling and tracking routine maintenance to maintain a professional and well-maintained showroom.
• Contribute to the growth of our brand awareness on social media platforms.
• Maintain and update our company website.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain polite and courteous in all interactions.
• Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and website design.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy.
