Relationship Banker positions are available at two levels, depending on banking experience and client service skills.
- Relationship Banker - demonstrates ability to handle all transactions, servicing needs, and inquiries.
- Relationship Banker II - demonstrates consultative sales skills and strong service levels to build and deepen client relationships.
High school diploma or equivalent, minimum one year relationship-based client consultation and/or consultative sales experience, and eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).
