You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, leveraging your knowledge of pain management and rehabilitation to improve patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and provide direct and indirect patient care services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Conduct ambulatory clinics and perform physical examinations to assess medical or surgical needs.
  • Order special procedures, diagnostic testing, and other ancillary services as necessary.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and education.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:
  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board certification or eligibility from the American Board of Internal Medicine.
  • Active certification from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
  • Completion of an accredited residency in internal medicine and a fellowship training program in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
  • Advanced training or board certification in Pain Management.
