Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team of stylists at Great Clips in Bartlett, TN. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, managing a team of stylists, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
- Provide coaching and training to stylists to improve their skills and performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment that meets company standards.
- Monitor and control expenses and inventory to ensure profitability.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a salon management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and coach a team of stylists.
- Strong technical skills in haircutting, coloring, and other salon services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Licensed to cut hair in the state of Tennessee.
