You will provide patient-focused outpatient services, which include crafting personalized care plans and treating patients through various stages of physical rehabilitation across multiple ATI locations.
We prioritize compassionate, high-quality treatment through a comprehensive, evidence-based, and tailored physical therapy approach aimed at restoring patients to optimal functionality.

In this role, you will support various ATI locations, engaging in patient evaluations, formulating individualized treatment strategies, and coordinating care with your team and Clinic Director.
Your daily tasks will include completing patient care documentation, progress reports, discharge summaries, and other necessary forms as required by healthcare providers, rehabilitation nurses, or insurance entities.
You will maintain ongoing communication with referring physicians and other sources of referrals.
Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping accurate clinical logs and checklists to ensure compliance with all local and federal regulations.

$80,000 - $99,000 annually
