Outpatient Primary Care Physician

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Primary Care Physician to join our team at Optum in El Paso, TX. As a member of our care delivery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our vision of making healthcare better for everyone.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in an outpatient setting, focusing on prevention, early detection, and management of chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences, medical history, and current health status.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
