Key Responsibilities- Preventative and Corrective Maintenance: Implement and follow OSHA safety programs to ensure a safe working environment, and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.
- Service Requests: Respond promptly (within 24 hours) to service requests from residents, and efficiently complete tasks such as plumbing, minor appliance repair, electrical system repair, HVAC, pool maintenance, and grounds keeping.
- Grounds Keeping: Maintain the exterior of our properties, including removing litter and debris, pressure washing windows and building exteriors, and performing other tasks as needed to promote an excellent curb appeal.
- Inventory Management: Exercise control over maintenance expenditures, including keeping an inventory of frequently used parts and replacement items.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents, work well with co-workers and vendors, and go above and beyond to work as a team.
- Experience: Property maintenance experience required.
- Certifications: HVAC Certified preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of fifty pounds.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license, proper automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation required.
- Compensation: $20 - $24 per hour.
