  • Monitor cooking and chilling cycles, document observations, and communicate results to the team.
  • Record and track results on small-scale batch production, communicate observations, and recommend modifications.
  • Adhere to all food safety practices, including HACCP, GMPs, and SSOPs.

While performing duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to walk.
