Hearing Specialist Sales Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist to join our team at American Hearing Aid Center - Thomasville. This role involves providing quality service to patients along their hearing journey, ensuring the customer experience is top priority.

Responsibilities
  • Administer hearing test procedures in accordance with American Hearing Aid Center guidelines and applicable laws.
  • Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories, recommending, fitting, and dispensing based on patient needs and desires.
  • Educate and counsel patients throughout the hearing aid journey.
  • Collaborate with owners to achieve financial success of the office.
  • Oversee marketing efforts within the office, including new lead follow-up and customer database management.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Georgia licensure or eligibility for GA dispensing licensure with ability to pass licensure within an agreed timeframe.
  • Basic computer skills, Excel, patient management software, NOAH, and Inspire knowledge.
  • Preferred 1 year or more of sales experience.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel between offices and engage in community outreach events.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. Benefits include opportunities for professional growth and a family-oriented business environment.
