As a Panel Builder, your responsibilities will include:
  • Recognizing electrical components through physical inspection and schematic interpretation
  • Utilizing hand and power tools effectively
  • Engaging in panel fabrication tasks
  • Proposing innovative ideas and methods for Continuous Improvement
  • Maintaining and ensuring the functionality of tools in your workstation
  • Preparing and packaging completed orders for distribution
This is a full-time position.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A solid background in reading electrical schematics, component layout, wiring techniques, electrical machine assembly, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
  • A keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, alongside strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • A safety-conscious attitude, reliability, and a positive contribution to our workplace culture
  • The capability to analyze and enhance processes for improved quality and efficiency
  • A passion for troubleshooting and a strong sense of follow-through
  • The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • A sense of pride in your work
  • Familiarity with UL508, NEMA electrical standards, and the National Electric Code is advantageous
Compensation: $23.00 per hour

*The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, job location, specific duties, certifications, etc.
