Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and dispose of all Night Audit work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Operate the front desk during the overnight shift, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Balance transactions, prepare daily reports, and conduct security walks to maintain a secure and efficient environment.
  • Assist with guest requests, resolve issues, and respond to emergency situations in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, including log books and other documentation, in accordance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance and quality service.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
