The BioPharma Consulting JAD Group is in search of a driven and committed MCS Production Associate to contribute to our operations.

This position entails executing tasks under general oversight in the production sector, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining safety and compliance protocols.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up, clean, and sanitize various production equipment.

2. Prepare buffers and media in accordance with established manufacturing procedures (MPs) and SOPs.

3. Rigorously follow GMP documentation (SOPs, MPs) with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

4. Execute and monitor essential processes while demonstrating basic troubleshooting skills.

5. Conduct in-process sampling and operate analytical instruments.

6. Clean both small and large-scale equipment utilized in production.

7. Ensure a well-organized and tidy workspace.

8. Operate in a clean room environment while wearing full clean room attire, including steel-toed shoes, hairnets, and gloves.

9. Initiate quality reports and draft or revise documentation (SOPs, MPs).

10. Identify, suggest, and implement enhancements related to routine operations.

11. Assist in reviewing documentation for assigned tasks (equipment logs, batch records).

12. Perform rigorous and repetitive tasks, work around high-pressure systems, and occasionally handle heavy equipment. Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs, pushing/pulling objects requiring up to 50 lbs of force, and standing/walking for extended periods.

Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree OR an Associate degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR a High school diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience.

This role will require working swing shifts.
