Position Overview:

The Restaurant Operations Supervisor is entrusted with the responsibility and accountability for the overall performance of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring impeccable execution, boosting profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Management - Achieve optimal staffing levels to provide exceptional service while adhering to Friendly's recruitment standards.
  • Inventory Management - Conduct monthly inventory assessments and manage key item inventories, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all food handling protocols and recipes established by Friendly's.
  • Operate efficiently within the expected food cost parameters.
  • Financial Oversight - Analyze weekly and monthly profit and loss statements and develop action plans accordingly.
  • Team Development - Facilitate orientation and onboarding processes, ensuring retention through engagement, training, feedback, and adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct RLT Training and Certification.
  • Recruitment and Selection of team members.
  • Marketing and Service - Monitor guest feedback scores and implement local marketing strategies.
  • Facility Maintenance - Oversee service quality, source bids, and approve invoices for payment.
  • Foster partnerships and build relationships while demonstrating leadership, integrity, and promoting team success.
  • Inspire and motivate team members to achieve results.
  • Ensure effective and efficient restaurant operations by managing costs and maintaining the integrity of financial reporting.
Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of three (3) years in restaurant management with a proven history of delivering results and cultivating successful teams.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
