Maintenance Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Home2 Suites. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical hotel property and hotel grounds. Your duties will include performing necessary repairs and all preventive maintenance to ensure a safe environment for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Repair and maintain the physical structure of the hotel, including rooms and common areas.
  • Develop and implement a Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure rooms are kept up to standards.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from Front Desk or Housekeeping in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform pool chemical testing and maintain storerooms in a clean and organized state.

Requirements:
  • Must be flexible with schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Work authorization: United States (Required).
