About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our Neurology team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our neurology team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to our neurology team, including venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and medication administration
  • Assisting doctors during patient appointments and providing outstanding client communication and education
  • Performing sterile scrub and assisting doctors throughout surgical procedures
  • Advocating for the patient and providing exceptional comfort, diagnostic, surgical, and nursing care to all patients
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow

Requirements:

  • CVT or experienced nurse with a minimum of 3 years in emergency or specialty setting with advanced anesthesia experience (ASA 3-5)
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written; organizational skills; proactive thinking and a positive attitude
  • Comprehensive understanding and experience with anesthetic monitoring
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and a commitment to developing long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and the community
