Evening Room Attendant
Full Time
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is seeking an Evening Room Attendant who is committed to delivering outstanding quality and service to our guests. This role is an essential part of the Housekeeping team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and order in all guest rooms and balconies, ensuring they are vacuumed and dusted.
- Remove waste from guest rooms to designated areas.
- Ensure that every detail of service is executed flawlessly, providing the highest standard of service to every guest.
- Assist guests as needed or upon request.
- Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping department.
- Help with bed skirt placements and mattress rotations.
- Complete any tasks assigned by the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping management.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Candidates should possess outstanding personal presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Successful candidates must have legal work authorization in the United States.
