About the RoleWe are seeking a Turndown Attendant to join our housekeeping team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole. As a Turndown Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a comfortable environment in our guest rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room and preparing it for the guest to sleep in.
Responsibilities- Inspect all rooms to ensure the standard of cleanliness, missing guest amenities, and/or supplies.
- Remove used towels and replace them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
- Wipe down any wet services in the bathroom.
- Remove Room Service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings.
- Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly, and prepares the bed.
- Keep all guest rooms/balconies neat, vacuumed, and dusted.
- Remove trash from guest rooms to landing areas.
- Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens.
- Complete any project assigned by the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping managers.
We are looking for someone with a basic level of English, high attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. You should also have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to push, pull, lift up to 40lbs, and kneel, crouch, and reach.
