We are seeking a skilled Pulmonary/Pre-Hospice Med/Surg RN to join our team at a large health system in Braselton, GA. This role requires a nurse with strong critical thinking skills and experience working at the bedside.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to pulmonary and hospice patients
  • Work collaboratively with a team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices
Requirements:
  • Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
  • At least 1 year of RN experience
  • BSN degree
